30-Day Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to be happy with your StormPup purchase.

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, please contact us at Info@stormpup.net and include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund. In many cases, returning the original item will not be necessary.

Change of mind / incorrect size

Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide the available return or refund options.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
